Video game companies cry about the fiscal reports they receive each dropping. And this is one of the major reasons. They seem to think that only Europe is worthy of “SPECIAL” Editions. Many companies are doing it now. And it is just ridiculous. Well if you happen to live in Europe, Congratulations.

From Heroes To Icons At New York Comic Con 2011: Day 1.1
I must say this comic con had it all. Too bad having a press pass means nothing. We (The Amateur Press) were made to run around with nearly no clue. Forced to stand on every single kine that hundreds of people waited on. And it become quite apparent that blogging sucks. I love my little FHTI. But these few days seemed so unorganized and chaotic. Wizard World Con are better. Or maybe it’s New York. Anyway you have it, things were bleak. But when given lemons you make lemonade.
Due to, what to me was was the Press Black Out nearly all the panels were missed. No advanced entry. And you couldn’t wait for the next panel to start. Even though it was scheduled to begin fifteen minutes after the last one started. We had to laugh it was so bad. But hey, “Se la Vi”( That’s Just The Way It’s Goes). Darkhorse Comics Showed me the most love. A long stream of emails with goodies. They will be posted soon. Here are a ton of Pics of some of the things we saw at comic con.
The Line and the entrance:
Although we were made to wait on line as any regular fan, it felt good to be with my comic and anime fans again. In the beginning it was surprisingly quiet. But it was Friday. There were a few video camera guys out there. And all the security and staff were very helpful. From this vantage point you really couldn’t see much. The show room floor was empty and we got a nice look at the entrance. By the time we got inside, complete pandemonium. For anyone with a standard digital camera it was every man/woman for themselves. Immediately upon entering the game studios dominate the floor. Capcom to the right. Square Enix to the left. The video games got alot of love. All the comic book booths were huge and separated from each other. That was a little odd. But I have been out of the comic con world for a while. Without a road map you will not find anyone you are looking for. It is best to go as a pure fan. For all of us that have blogs and such, and are not given so extra leeway for getting to close to the creators …do it for the fun of it. whatever you can get your hands on. Or whoever you meet make the best of it. You’ll enjoy yourself so much more. I took inventory of my pictures. It was over 150 pics. I’m not going to post all of the but I will put more up soon. I will say this. Next time I will take a lot of time to play all the games that surrounded me. I didn’t play a thing. Way too focused on the panels. I forgot to have some hands on with these great titles. Of course FF XIII-2 was pretty. And Resident Evil Raccoon City was astonishing to look at. But the Street Fighter X Tekken crown Ruled it all. It was fun just to watch. This is just the beginning. Stay tuned for more FHTI at NYCC 2011.
NYCC 2011: Final Fantasy XIII-2 Trailer

Final Fantasy XIII-2 American Trailers
These two trailers are in English. Now we finally get a larger view of the story. AND ANOTHER COOL THEME SONG TO BOOT. GUESS I AM STILL A FINAL FANTASY FAN BOY.
Tokyo Game Show 2011: Final Fantasy XIII-2 TGS Trailer
Tokyo Game Show 2011: Final Fantasy XIII-2 PlayStation 3 Console
Not surprising that Square will be having another exclusive PS3 console available at the launch of the game. The Japan release date is December 15th. North America get it on January 31st. And Europe on February 3rd.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 Key Story Art
I’m glad they decided to re-release this. The first pic I had was ultra small. Now we have some nice art work coming from FF XIII-2. This piece showcases Noel, Serah, Lightning and the man I believe to be the villain.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 Picture Blowout
FF III-2 will be hitting stores this January. But it seems that we know so little about the game itself. I for one am a little disappointed more characters from the original game in the sequel. Well in the last trailer we get a teaser of Hope.
The game has a bit of time traveling to it. Called the Historiacross system. The same location just from different time periods. Similar to Chronotrigger. That may get more people to pick this up. All I know is that the game needs more than two fighting characters.
