The Box Office 10: May 4 – May 6, 2012
Walt Disney Pictures’ ‘The Avengers’ has had the highest grossing weekend of all time with $200.3 million. Surpassing ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2′ with $169.2 million. This is the most dominant weekend for a movie that I can remember. No other release reached the $10 million mark. Good luck surpassing an opening weekend like this ‘Dark Knight Rises’.
