For the last day or so we have heard the news of Insomniac leaving the Resistance franchise. No one knew exactly what this meant. Ted Price has drop a note to let everyone know that the Resistance franchise is in capable hands. Does this mean only PS Vita type game such as Resistance Burning skies!?!?! Only time will tell. But just you can bet Sony is not going to let this franchise slip off into history.

We have truly enjoyed the Resistance trilogy. It sucked that Nathan Hale didn’t make it to the end. Although all three games were good. I loved Resistance 2 the best. if you haven’t tried these games. They are an awesome reason to own a PS3.

It looks as if Sony and Insomniac has pulled out all the stops for it’s flagship franchise. Personally Resistance is one of the best shooters out there. And one of the best PS3 exclusives ever. With all of these “Editions” coming out it gets all crazy. There are three different editions besides the normal game alone and the bundle. You can also receive various extras for preordering at different retailers. From what I can gather the U.S will not be getting the Survivor Edition. I have no idea why. That would be the one I’d get. Hey I’m a collector. As for the others I guess you’ll have to go to Gamestop, Target of Best Buy to see what they have to offer. Or you can just buy it from overseas. Blurays are region free. Too bad shipping isn’t. Well here it is.
