For the last day or so we have heard the news of Insomniac leaving the Resistance franchise. No one knew exactly what this meant. Ted Price has drop a note to let everyone know that the Resistance franchise is in capable hands. Does this mean only PS Vita type game such as Resistance Burning skies!?!?! Only time will tell. But just you can bet Sony is not going to let this franchise slip off into history.

We have truly enjoyed the Resistance trilogy. It sucked that Nathan Hale didn’t make it to the end. Although all three games were good. I loved Resistance 2 the best. if you haven’t tried these games. They are an awesome reason to own a PS3.

The Game that sold me on the PlayStation Move, Sorcery is finally ready to be released.

Naughty Dog has done it again. Uncharted meets Dean Island?????? It doesn’t matter.Those guys are great.

We’re proud to announce that the third installment in the UNCHARTED franchise has gone gold, and is on its way to being manufactured for its November 1st release. We can’t wait to see everyone’s reaction to the next chapter of Nathan Drake’s adventures as it hits store shelves and homes everywhere in just three short weeks!

And as an added bonus, all retail copies of Uncharted 3 will include a voucher code for early access to the upcoming Starhawk Public Beta, which will be coming in early 2012. Just like Uncharted 3, Starhawk promises to provide an incredible multiplayer experience that only PS3 can deliver. Not surprising that Square will be having another exclusive PS3 console available at the launch of the game. The Japan release date is December 15th. North America get it on January 31st. And Europe on February 3rd.

With the price drop from Sony comes all types of goodies. First Sony released Insomniacs FPS dual pack of Resistance Fall of Man and Resistance 2. Now Sony is offering Uncharted Drakes Fortune and Uncharted 2 Among Thieves GOTY Edition in a dual pack. Outstanding. Really nothing can say Happy Birthday or Merry Christmas like a PS3 with a dual pack of Resistance and Uncharted. Naughty Dogs 21st century Indiana Jones (Nate Drake) has got to the best new franchise of this generation.

Launching in North America on September 6th (that’s less than a week away!), the pack includes the Greatest Hits versions of both UNCHARTED: Drake’s Fortune and UNCHARTED 2: Among Thieves – Game of the Year Edition for only $39.99.

The Dual Pack is also packed to the brim with bonus content, including a “Super Voucher” containing all of the DLC content from the UNCHARTED 2 GOTY Edition, as well as two DLC items from UNCHARTED 3 – the UNCHARTED 3 Announcement Nathan Drake PSN Avatar and the UNCHARTED 3 Announcement Dynamic Theme!
