On September 13th Marvel’s Thor will grace homes with his presence. I for one am glad. Just wish it was sooner. But that is close enough. Also Available in limited edition 3D bluray.

Thor was a magnificent comic film. It had everything a film and comic fan could want. With it’s success behind it, things are going forward with Joss Whedon’s Avengers. Marvel and Disney ecstatic with Thor’s performance. And quite sure with how The Avengers will do, have when forward in securing a place for the god of thunders sequel. July 26,2013.

But it seems that Kenneth Branagh will not be directing the film. He has instead settled on a role as producer. Wow that was fast. I guess that superhero  director’s role is a real hot seat. At least he’s still involved to some degree.Maybe he’ll change his mind and direct ti anyway. Like Peter Jackson did with The Hobbit. And If Branagh decides to stay on the side lines we can only hope that is replacement will be in same caliber as him. We have Shane Black on Iron Man 3. So there is hope. Stay tuned for news on a director for Thor 2.

This what DC Comics is afraid of. And exactly what EVERY fan boy dreams of. Although the pic is not hi def by any means. It does give us a small look into the window of Joss Whedon’s movie extravaganza. Noticeably are the changes in Ironman and Captain America’s uniforms. For the first promo pis it is just great. Now if we could only get some set pics.

Here are the last bath of Thor film pics I’ll be posting until the super bluray is set to come out. Nothing iverly special about it. Just a cool pic of  Thor in full uniform speaking with Agent Coulson. It looks like an invite to the Avengers.

It is just too cute. And way too cool to ignore this. Volkswagon used Darth Vader. And now Marvel.
